COLO
KF-K1 series Powder Coating Machine designed for user-friendly and creates excellent finish for all kinds of parts. Box feed type is suitable for quick change of plastic powders, metallic powders or additional colors to assure no cross contamination.
Controller
- Adjustable voltage from 0-100kV, and the voltage changes are reflected in the clear LED screen.
- 3 one-touch intelligent buttons stands for 3 pre-set application programs which are very convenient to change different shapes of parts
Flat coating program: ideal for flat shape workpieces.
Corner coating program: ideal for complex shape parts or deep corners.
Recoating program: ideal for recoating of parts which have been already coated.
Powder Spray Gun
- 100kv spray gun maximizes the electrostatic charging, keeps the highest transfer efficiency and ensures the operational safety.
- The ergonomic gun lies balanced in the hand, has a good grip and enables to coat efficiently and faster.
- Characterized by a very robust and durable design for low failure rate and maintenance.
Spray Nozzles
- Equipped with full sizes of nozzle assortments, prepare for spraying various workparts.
- Round and flat nozzles are suitable for most common workparts, extension nozzles for good corner penetration.
Powder Pump
- Delivers more powders to spray guns using less compressed air.
- A plug-in powder injector that can be detached without any tools, allows fast cleaning and maintenance.
Trolley
- It is easy to be transported within the production area, with an advanced mobile trolley makes the powder coating processes more flexible without limit of location.
